Patriot Act reawakens memories of internment

Seen in The Honolulu Star-Bulletin – Civil rights attorney, Dale Minami, recalls a 40 year-long fight for justice. He led the legal team that overturned the wrongful conviction of Fred Korematsu, who refused to go to the government’s incarceration camps for Japanese Americans during WWII. Minami also shares his concerns about the Patriot Act.
